Rewards follow the payout schedule in the campaign guide. Cash rewards are sent through the registered payout method, while products ship to the address saved in your profile once the content is approved.
Missing the submission deadline or failing review may cancel the collaboration. Repeated missed uploads can add strikes to your account and limit future campaign invitations.
How to Use the Platform
Start by completing your profile, linking the social platforms you publish on, and setting your preferred reward types. The dashboard highlights any missing fields needed to apply for campaigns.
Browse live campaigns, submit your application, await selection, and follow the action checklist inside My Collabs. Each task updates automatically as you complete it.
From the Active Collabs tab, open the campaign card and use the Submit Review URL button. Paste your post link, attach supporting files if needed, and confirm to notify the advertiser.
Deadlines and review windows appear on every campaign card and inside the Timeline section. Enable calendar sync to receive reminders in your preferred calendar app.

All applications are reviewed by the advertiser. To stay eligible, keep your audience metrics updated and respond to any additional information requests within 24 hours.
Most campaigns select creators within five business days of the application deadline. You can check progress in the Applicants tab under the campaign detail page.
Campaign briefs specify creative direction, mandatory talking points, and deliverable formats. Use the provided checklist before submitting to avoid rework.
Once your content passes review, rewards move to the Processing state. Cash payouts usually settle within seven days; product shipments include tracking updates via email.
Go to My Page > Profile to request verification codes for each social platform. Add the code to your bio or description, then click Verify to sync your metrics.
Strikes are issued for missed deadlines, guideline violations, or fraudulent activity. View your current standing in My Page > Performance, and contact support if you believe a strike was issued in error.
